to run the Gardening crew of two staff help maintenance the grounds of

Make sure the garden cre work in a secure, safe and compliant environment whilst satisfying wellbeing and safety obligations.
Play a functioning part in plan, improvement and advancement of the gardens.
Work cooperatively with the remainder of the offices group to guarantee that the gardens are at an exclusive expectation always.
Work cooperatively with the remainder of the Facilities Team, staying alert of events to guarantee works required are offset with the schedule.
Guarantee that occasional end of the week and Bank Holiday needs are satisfied on arota premise.
Basic Criteria:
2 years of handy involvement in horticulture, bolstered by appropriate qualifications to RHS level 3 (or comparable degree of vocational experience).
Great degree of cultivation management abilities. Information of a range of horticultural systems covering a diverse scope of plant types. Artistic design abilities would be very beneficial.
Involvement with garden occasions, for instance help to compose opendays and leading garden tours.
Demonstrated administration skills including instructing, group advancement, inspiration and correspondence.
Resilient relationship building abilities to manufacture and maintain connections, both inside and remotely.
